Help us find the right thing
Include the product name, a public page or entry link if relevant, and a short description of the issue. For a payment issue, include the order/payment reference, amount and approximate payment date. Avoid sending passwords, one-time codes, full card details or your secret Hatch management link.
For a privacy or removal request, describe the content or account involved. We may need to verify that the request is yours before changing private account data.
Product-specific help
Hatch: your secret manage link lets you edit supported gift details or delete a gift. Receipt: include the entry number for a correction or removal request. Wishlist: use the board/item controls to remove content or disable a share link. Fund My Life: edit through your account; email us for page or account removal. Adult Money: the linked seller handles the purchase, shipping and seller refunds.
